WAP authenication and IMSI detection

Hi,
I am setting up a service were customers can access their data via a WAP Browser on their mobile phone.
Since the information will be sensitive, the login process needs to be very secure.
To login, the customer needs to go to the WAP URL,enter their phone number and password. The wap site then detects the mobile phones IMSI (SIM number) and sent all 3 parts to the radius for authentication. The IMSI, phone number and password are cross referred before access is allowed.
