Hi!

I need a proof of concept app, not a whole app. I need you to set up

[url removed, login to view]

on an android phone. I need then to be able to set my proxy settings for my wifi to it (I can do manually) and set up some filtering. For example, if I see a url with snoopdog in it, I want to not do it, or return my own data. Otherwise, everything should just pass through cleanly.

Please bid knowing that this isn't a lot of work. I'm willing to pay 50 bucks to get see it working.
