searchbox, autosuggest/autocomplete jquery search from my database

I have a website similar to youtube: [login to view URL]
and I really would like to have a autosuggest/autocomplete jquery search from my database on my website..
and more than a week now I keep trying to add it on header template or any page on my kvs script.. not working..
there is not clearly results/instructions on google how to add it for smarty template..
I make it work away of my script videos folder..
example: [login to view URL]
and try to type a letter "i" or "w".. you will see it shows the title of my ktvs_videos table..
but not working when I try to use it on smarty template..
as my request, my development team.. created a KVS page which can return list of videos in the required format

still not working..
