I need a 2 page promotional website for my product.

I want this website to be intelligent enough to redirect request from mobile browsers to the mobile section and from normal browsers to the full section.

I will also requires XHTML and flash animation on this website and the use of Jquery for Menus and graphic presentation.

The website will have a download page where track of all those who have download my product free of charge will have be tracked and record kept in a database showing type of download, email address, phone number, data and IP.
