Build a start project from SWISS EPHEMERIS which generates an indian horoscope into json format available to nodejs

Currently there are some opensource projects available but I am unable to get them working on my local windows 7 machine. It looks like they have been parked and haven't been road tested on certain platforms. I have little experience with .net, c or c++ so need someone with experience of one of these technologies to download the swiss ephemeris from: [login to view URL]

or creating own.
I wish to generate a horoscope of data using node and javascript.
Inputs: date of birth, longitude, latitude, time of birth:
outputs:
lagna, sun, moon, mars, mercury, jupiter venus, saturn, rahu, ketu
nakshatras, degrees, whether retrograde or not,
all according to sidereal time.
This should work for windows 7 and above.
