Complete one change to Google Apps Script code - urgent

I have a Google Apps Script process running from a Google sheet which creates a form, is integrated with Stripe and send a series of emails. I need the code checking/changing to delay the sending of one of the emails based on one response in the form. Everything is working perfectly, this is the last piece and I can't finish it (I am not that experienced with GAS).
