Small CSS task in Joomla - repost

I need someone to accomplish a small task for me in my Joomla website. I've added a background image that I would like to show thru to my top navigation bar and the top logo bar. Also apply white text to the main navigation text so that it will show against the black background. Finally, ensure that the banner of the young woman, which is in the Utility 1 Module of the site is flush against the bottom border of the background image (possibly by setting the top margin or padding of this module to zero?). Website is www.legalally.com. I've attached before and after pics. Feel free to ask questions if you have any.
