Im getting a "restricted access" error on the front end of a joomla site.

I installed joomlastats and sph404e and deleted them via FTP and caused some problems.

I ran diagnostics an am getting a lot of " File does not contain _VALID_MOS OR _JEXEC" errors.

I need someone to cleaned up and not lose anything on the site.

Only take a few minutes.. need right now.
