I need to get backlinks from Social Bookmarking and Blog comments

I need someone who has this tools to make a submission for me pointing to my 25 links

im backlinking my backlinks

3 social bookmarks for each URL

3 blog comments for each URL

Every social bookmark or Blog commenting homepage must have PR4 or higher
