System Administrator to clean bad script and misconfiguration in our server

We need a system admin to clean a bad script or files from certain domain in our server. Our server domain has appeared in a few blacklists because of a mail sending bot [url removed, login to view] need to find this if its from php mailer or bad script. This requires Joomla knowledge because most of the sites are built with this CMS. If I like the job done, I will give the person who succeeded regular monitoring the server as a job.
Please be an expert as a System Admin and have some Joomla knowledge.
