Fixing back end code issue on Magento -

I am not able to update the inventory, add new product or add images to my Magento website. I just recently had it upgraded and this issue started.

It is something in the back end code.

I will attach a screen print of the error i am receiving. I am looking for someone to fix this issue

And possible help with future website issue.s
