Create PHP script that reads all magento orders and write information to user SQL tables.
The task is to create a PHP script that would use magento API and write order information into two user SQL tables (plt_order in plt_order_item). One table is for order header and the other for order items (like magento sales_order and sales_order_item).
Script for user SQL tables is attached. I also give description of columns and where that information is stored in magento database (not for all columns).
Rules are the following
1) PHP script can be run multiple times and only new orders should be added to user tables (plt_order and plt_order_item) - existing orders are not overwritten.
2) plt_order.n_for_pay = sum(plt_order_item.n_for_pay) + plt_order_shipping.
3) ONLY simple items are written to plt_order_item (in case of configurable item only simple item is written to table)
