Help me define Anisotropic Hyperelastic material properties in a Abaqus model that I have

I have a part in the form of (.inp) file. I wish to define Anisotropic Hyperelastic material properties to it. But the issue is, while defining the Local Coordinate Orientation, I want a cylindrical coordinate system which rotates( 'Additional Rotation' as its called in Abaqus), with theta. May be using the 'Distribution' in 'Discrete Field' will help, but Im not sure how to use it. The figure attached will explain the problem better.
