We need a very simple mobile application (no UI required, it's not meant to be used by any user), the application should start automatically when the phone is switch on and run in back end, when camera takes a picture,it sends to the pre-determined number using MMS and a pre-determined email.
it should be platform independant(works on iphone , black berry etc)
