Mobile App - Subscription based access to contents (Andorid and iPhone)

We need an app (both in Android and iPhone) platform. We will provide you with the contents including photos and charts to embed in the app.
1) The app that will allow a user to view photo content (hosted on a web server) for a specific amount of time (admin adjustable).
2) The app will also have timer(alerts) to remind the user to do a specific workout throughout the day with preset encouraging phrases.
3) Fremium system (in app purchase).
4) We will provide all images, charts, etc. but you should embed that in the app and make them usable.
5) Integration of the app with the website database. If a username is created the client should be also created on the database of a website.
6) Creating a subscription based access to the contents.
