iOS text to speach app

We like to have an iOS text to speach app developed, which can open document from several sources (pdf, ebook, clipboard etc..) and manage these documents. User can select a document to have the app read it out. When text is being read the spoken words should be highlighted. Play, Pause, stop fwd/bkwd tools will be provided. Addtitional tools will handle speed, language bookmarks font size etc. The final xcode project will be provided.
