Mobile App for Social/Job Search Website with Calendar

We want to create a mobile version of our website to work on multiple mobile platforms (iphone, blackberry, android, etc..).
The website is written using LAMP and uses AJAX for many of it's features which include an interactive Calendar, Job Board, Messaging Center, Photo/Video Gallery, etc. We want our users to be able to use ALL features of the site via their mobile phone app, including internal messaging (just like mobile apps for other social networking sites..) Users must also be able to add attachments to internal messages from their mobile phone (photos, videos, voice notes, etc...). Users must be able to completely rely on the mobile app for access to website if they desire.
Mobile apps must be written according to guidelines for App Store Submission and Approval (provided by Apple, Blackberry, etc..). Mobile Apps must also have the capability to incorporate Mobile Ads.
You will need to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement and references must be submitted. Communication must take place daily via online chat / Skype / etc... Payment will be 40% to start and 60% upon completion. All work must be bug free and approved before final payment will be given. These terms are Non-Negotiable.
