need to create webkit version of cms site

we need someone that can immediately start work on creating 2 mobile apps for a restaurant to display content taken from a content management system.
1) design will be given so no need to plan.
2) there will be at least 6 cms pages that will be shown on the mobile apps. you can use webkit but it must look like an app
3) photo and images for certain cms pages store locally
4) contact us form for customer to feedback
5) calendar event to allow customer to register table.
this is urgent project and need to complete within 1-2week maximum. if you cannot commit, please dont bid.
