We would like to build the simple IPhone and Android Application with the following function:
1. Web Viewer (Which will be linked to a fix link, the page will be built by us by using JQuery Mobile). The viewer should be compatible with JQuery
2. Push Messaging - (We are new for doing this issue and would like to have any propose, we have a server with running php and MySQL) The message will be sent in some condition to specific user by checking with the database (We can create some php for getting the records for notification)
