Some issues to resolve

I have iphone app..which is fullly completed but there are three issues:
#1 duplicates Posts
#2 scrolling issue
#3 push notification
#1 and #2 and #3 are basically happening in IPAD Screens and PN not receiving in ipad..
When we add new post and publish then in some category some sub category and post goes for duplicates..
So we need a full review of code..and basically we want someone help to see in code and see cause of roots.
This project is for whom who not much demanding and want to help for making new business relation for ongoing work.
