Android OTT Box Diagnostic App

I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built.

Here is the assignment:

Android OTT Box Diagnostic App

1. Wireless or ethernet

2. If not connected tell user

3. If connected check Internet connectivity by ping ???

4. If no internet connectivity, pls check modem router or call Telecom provider

5. If internet connectivity is there :

a. Ping test for gateway

b. MTR test DNS by the list provided

c. Speed test choose destination from list

d. Store log on the external server with format mac-date time+conmectype-clinet IP both version

e. Save text file on S3
