These guys can answer most of my questions ... The app should be able to micro fence down to 20m ... No hardware use preferred ..(but we can talk about Beacons) .... should not have to open the app ... runs passively ... Saving on battery life ...... managed remotely '... Better Accuracy ... Combining all sensors .. (cell tower Data and wifi data ) ... using GPS drains battery life
