Write an Android application

Alright guys, I am looking to develop a mobile application for all types of OS. It's a very simple concept and should not take too long to create. Basically the app will be a mixture between Tinder and FindMyFriends and although similar apps do exist, the idea I have for my app is quite unique. Like I said earlier, it's a very simple concept and should not too too long to create.

I intend to have a globe in our app where people can zoom in and see where people close by are exactly. Then, if a person likes someone, they can double click on them and only if the other person likes them back can they talk to each other. However, we would also like an option for people to upgrade to the pro version in which more details about the person will be available and people can chat with others even without others liking them back. In Tinder, there are 3 main slides/pages - 1st is your own profile page, 2nd is about showing other people and the 3rd is about your chat history with people whom you've matched with. For our app, we would like to have 4-5 slides/pages. I also need you to not only design the app but also develop and test it. Please keep in mind that I will need the app for both Android AND Apple.

I will be willing to hear ideas from the chosen person/company. The chosen person/company will have autonomy in their work, so long as it captures the idea I have in my mind.
