Hip-hop heads spend hours every week combing through saturated websites (i.e. [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], etc.) to find the latest dope songs to listen to. There is nothing like finding that new gem, but with a busy schedule, it is hard to stay with fresh content. We aim to find these gems for the user and push them straight to their phone. So, we want to build a mobile app that pushes a new hip-hop/RnB/Dance Hall song to the user’s phone every day. The user would then have the ability to “like” the song and automatically add it to their playlist, or trash it.
We would prefer to work with a developer with experience in music-based apps, and an interest in the genres we aim to specialize in. We want to work with someone who would maintain interest past the minimum viable product we propose here.
