Need someone with senior level experiencing providing database administration support on a scheduled bases. Candidate shall provide the following services:
- Providing a DBA function for our MySQL environment
- Query tuning
- provide recommendations for MongoDB
- Develop architecture and roadmap for sharding
- Identifying gaps from best practices
- trouble shooting, and handling of service requests
- debugging and configuration of master slave replication
- Administration and monitoring of backups
- Optimize monitoring
