cPanel server optimization (speed + headers for SEO)

I own a dedicated cPanel web hosting server and need a sys admin to optimize it. It is hosted by Siteground.
Required optimizations:
* Apache regarding workers/threads and headers (especially cache headers for pagespeed)
* MySQL table cache optimization (optionally i would like to move a couple accounts to their own mysql process)
* Check reverse DNS and spf records and fix accordingly
* Any other optimization required to reach maximum google pagespeed score (server-wise)
Caution: This is a live server with 60 accounts.
Experience with ApacheBooster will be highly valued as i am considering to use it on my server.
