Need ethical hacker for advice

Ok so here is the deal i have 2 ubuntu 16.04 vps
1)on 1 vps there is apache2/joomla webserver hosted on a .onion link
2)on the other vps there is the mysql database from the website and soon crontab for daily backups
I want great advice on how to secure the server
IMPORTANT: I want screenshots and documentation so i can do it myself in feature, if you are the kind of freelancer that does not do this i cannot
work with you.
Few security features that are allready in place:
Advanced ssh (disabled root login, custom ports)
Created a sudo user for login (no root)
disabled server signature
The meaning of this is to make server secure as possible and also anonymous as possible
