Recover MYSQL Dump from InnoDB Table/Database with ibdata1

My application was hosted on a Linux System (Ubuntu 14.04). The hard disk crashed and now I cannot recover my database. Unfortunately, I did not think about ease of recovery when I was creating the database, because I am now finding out that InnoDB databases are not as easy to recover as MyISAM databases. The database does not have innodb_file_per_table enabled.
I have the entire /var/lib/mysql folder.
The mysql folder has all extensions except .ibd
I just need my data as I am migrating to a windows server. Does anyone think they can retrieve it?
