URGENT Cisco Troubleshooting
$25-50 USD / hour
We have a colo rack at a datacenter. The datacenter does a static route hand-off of a /24 we own to a Cisco 2950 switch running Advanced IP Services. A firewall is off the switch and a web server using a 1:1 NAT is behind the firewall.
No config changes to the switch in 60 days but in the last 48-72 hours public HTTP requests to the switch bottleneck, lag, drag or even fail.
Requests to the internal RFC 1918 IPs have no issue. Thus, I'm leaning toward an issue with the 2950. I can't find any issues anywhere though.
I'm looking to award and resolve/complete this quickly. (within the hour if possible).
Forgive me for being blunt but, I'm looking for a "Professional Consultant" who can assist, advise and communicate with me. Not someone who will learn as they go and figure it out along the way.
