Listing Info While working in a small, agile, early stage team, you will take over responsibility from day 1 You will be given ownership over different projects, which you can work on independently while regularly catching up with your team mates to discuss new developments Our backend is mainly written in Ruby on Rails and some modules are written in node.js You’ll be mainly working on product features and maintenance of the backend as well as on the GetYourHero Customer Service Backoffice Requirements Good in English Backend: mainly Ruby on Rails, partly node.js Database: MySQL, PostgreSQL or similar Agile development: Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc. Test-driven development and knowledge of testing frameworks Git workflow Understanding of HTTP, AJAX, RESTful API, CRUD, JSON Basic understanding of computer science skills: computing problems, design patterns, and frameworks Willingness to take over responsibility Work hard under time constraints and shifting targets Ability to learn quickly, highly organized, able to multitask and work independently in a fast paced and changing environment BenefitsYou will operate in a dynamic working atmosphere and in a young, driven and international environment.
