Build me a vpn android app and help me in setting up the cloud part of my own

Please read the description carefully.

I want a fully functional normal android vpn app according to my requirements. I have an app’s source code whose UI and Graphics and Functionality I want in the final product. You would have to merge your app’s source code with this app’s source code. The number of servers that I want I will tell later upon discussion. Also there should be an option to remove ads (in app purchases).

The app should be based on OpenVPN and digitalocean platform should be used to host the server.

Also I want to know how to setup the cloud part. That is how to setup the servers, admin panel, other things, etc. After making the app and sending me the source code you would have to send me the instructional videos (with voice over, if necessary anywhere) explaining the steps of all the cloud part setup that I need to do for successfully running the vpn app. For this you need to perform everything on your account as demo. Remember I don’t want to use anything yours for running the final product (app) that is all the admin panels, servers, etc should be my personal only. It is to ensure that all my data credentials remains private.
