Oscommerce excel upload product plugin

Hi,

I have an oscommerce site. www.dvdhouse.co.in.

I need an excel upload plug in integrated in my admin panel. You can use any open source plug in.

It should allow to add unlimited categories and subcategories and also add and delete attributes as and when required.

Currently I have a tool easy populate in my system if you can give a demo of this if it does all things its ok for me else

i want to remove this tool and place a new plugin

The deliverables will be.

1. Which plugin in used.

2. Upload of 5 products.

3. Excel sheet template

4. Demo on how to upload add categories subcategories and attributes.

The payment will be 100% escrow but would be released only after whole project is completed with demo.

My budget is 30$. Kindly bid. I need the project in max 2 days.
