Implement PDF Document Creation Using DynamicPDF API

We have an overall design for a PDF document that uses our own API data calls to retrieve the data needed to populate the PDF document.
The document is structured into 5 sections:
Section 1 - Details of the product offering. Pricing, SKU, Sales Person, etc (1 page)
Section 2 - Specific details of the product itself (1 page)
Section 3 - Photos of the product (varies depending in number of photos)
Section 4 - Features of the product (up to 8 pages)
Section 5 - Closing Page (1 page)
The data to fill the document is contained in JSON return string.
The most complex part of the project is section 3. We need to be flexible in the layout of the photos per page depending on the number of photos available. If the product has say 80 photos, we don't want to print 40 pages if we are doing a 2 per page photo. We should go to say 6-8 photos per page.
Attached is the mockup of the PDF document, the specs, and the typical JSON response from the web service that needs to be called to bring back the data to fill the PDF.
We want use DynamicPDF for the library.
The final code should be a WebService that is called with the product SKU, the sales person id, and a couple of other parameters that identify the generator of the document.
