I'm in need of a website design and a unique logo design. I sale purfumes so I need the ability for my customer to take a survey online so that I will know how to make their custom perfume. I would like to use MySQL with PERL/CGI. My budget on this is $1500. I will need this done in 30 days. I will not award this project soley based on the lowest bid, but on your portfolio and quality of past work. Please send your portfolio for my review.
