Outline product drawings using photoshop

We have a load of product images we need to turn into outline drawings using photoshop.
We need to trace each product Image with white ‘pen’ tool (5.5 size)
Any internal details to be done in a smaller size ‘pen’ tool (3 size)
Front & Side elevations required particularly of the workdesks and tables where possible: one of the images grey background the other use a red background as per attached examples.
The chairs some dont have both front and side views and just outline what is available as the view.

We don't need to worry about the dimensions.
Some images are tables, others work desks, then chairs.
Where there are other elements in the image with the main product (eg. chair) this is not to be included.

I suggest doing the drawing in illustrator to finally give them a package of PDF files, an SVG package and a JPG package, that way they will have better breadth of use with these files.
