We are a primary school with 14 vans that mostly pick-up and drop kids daily but also undertake the odd trips for excursions etc. We currently operate on a fully manual system of registers and cellphones.
What we want is the following:

3. A Desktop app for School administration
The Solution desired:
1. Vehicle Location:
* Real time tracking and tracing of position
* Auto Route Optimization using maps API

* Map all school bus stops, Edit pick-up and drop-off points and schedules
* Customized Geo- Fence - module for parents via an Android App and module on desktop for School
* NFC / RFID Integration: Automatic Information system for Parents and Security officer with SMS Alerts which update about Boarding and De-boarding of Child.
3. Admin
* Summary of speed violations, route deviations etc.
* Driver Record Keeping and Duty management
* Alerts for vehicle maintenance and validation
* Report Generation of Scheduling of buses
