298999 sh script needed

Hello dear bidders.

I need two things:

I. I need to configure DNS on the Linux server (it will be primary DNS)

II. I need a sh script for 3-d level domains creation. (actually it could be perl script)

This script should work the following way.

1. sh script will be started up by cron

2. there will be a plain text file which will contain following lines:

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

......

3. sh script read this and properly modify DNS zone for [url removed, login to view] and httpd.conf. In httpd conf will be added virtual host and new directory created (/home/common/path/to/httpd/folder/subdomain2)

4. after that sh script restart named and httpd services.

That is all. For a right person this job for 30-40 min. So please experience bidders only.

Obviously you'll be provided with root acces to the server.
