I am looking to develop modules or extend certain modules currently available under Rainbow portal. Please review Rainbow ([url removed, login to view]) / IBuySpy portal kit and understand that we should be able to add your module under Rainbow. I have attached 1 module (zip file) developed for Rainbow. You can email me if you can’t download it and I will send file via email. The module I’m interested in is:

**HR / Benefits Manager:**

Benefits information- Review, Select and Fill in payroll /benefit/401k /ESOP information : Find specific benefits information. Assign various benefit packages : Record details of payments and percentages for both employee and employer contributions.

Vacation tracking -manage vacations company-wide and per employee : Review vacation information and make requests.

Absenteeism -track the days that employees take off due to illness, appointments, or other reasons. Employees send absence requests to their manager and get their approval via the intranet

Performance Evaluations -template to fill in the review questions : summary of the review, including employee's strengths, areas for improvement, and an action plan : view the training courses the employee has completed : comments from the employee and supervisor doing the review

Training:

Describe any courses they have attended or should attend : maintain a master list of courses that you can assign to individual employees : record the employee's performance in a course, including the grade achieved : set reminders about upcoming courses and courses needing recertification : view details about course attendance by employee, department, or course

_PREFERENCE_ will be given to developers able to demo a similar project done previously

If you would be interested on this project, Please send me an email back confirming that you agree to all the above conditions.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

There are a few points I would like to make clear:

a) I will assume that you have gone through the Rainbow portal, installed and run it successfully. Please understand how new modules are to be developed under Rainbow.

b) I will send you with an sql file for all additional tables in our SQL Server database (other than the standard tables in Rainbow, prefixed with rb_*). Please use the existing Rainbow tables + our additional tables as much as possible to minimize duplication and make integration easier. All new tables specific to your module should be added as needed (you may also just add columns if needed to existing tables if that’s possible).

c) Please use naming convention for your module (code and database) to avoid conflicts during integration : e.g. if working on module ‘erp’ table names should be “erp_accounts??, to prevent conflicts with other ‘accounts’ table.

d) You would have to deliver a Complete and fully functional working program(s) as well as complete source code of all work done including complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased

e) I will complete payment after you finish the project and I have integrated it in Rainbow and tested to make sure there are no bugs. Give me at least 1 week after submission for integration and bug testing before i make payment. There will be no advance payment and we will agree to a FIXED price bid for the module.

f) GUI/Design of screens is very important. To minimize issues regarding design i have provided reference sites that i like and hence i expect coders to refer to those screens for design of screens. Try to design screens as closely to the reference screens. I think usability and design is as important as functionality (Does it do what users need? It matters little that something is easy if it's not what you want. It's also no good if the system can do what you want, but you can't make it happen because the user interface is too difficult. )
