Mailing script for website(repost)

We want any free asp mailer program selected (not created, we prefer the coder looks for an standard package on hotscripts or aspscripts) and installed in our servers and later customized and integrated with the 3 tables that are already in the server containing email addresses, so that we can do mailings to each customer (contractors, projectowners

and affiliates)

the mailer has to control signout and has to have a opt-out link on every email and on a webpage so customers can select not to receive emails

The mailer should accept attachements

The mailer script should allow the creation of letters in word and then cut and paste the html. And as well the preview of the letter before sending out
