Features should include: Unlimited Categories Unlimited Cat. Depth Search of Cat. Admin should be able to either have links become automatically active or admin can choose to approve links before they go active. A whats hot, whats new, and whats cool section, based on admin conditions. Full online admin interface. The ability for admin to setup ad zones for text or banner ads. [url removed, login to view] and Paypal interface for payment of ads. A bid system for link placement similar to Google. Which admin can control through an online interface. Support for both Access 2000 and SQL database. Generally I want what [url removed, login to view] has. But admin must have full control of fonts, colors, and looks through the admin online panel.
## Deliverables
Complete and fully-functional working program's) ASP script form as well as complete source code of all work done. I will retain full rights to this code once it is done. Generally, I am very open to suggestions and negotiations.
