Simple ASP script connected to Database

We already have a database created in MsAccess; but several ASP methods are required: 1. Users (agents) need to register under a simple form with 4 fields Name, Phone, Email, and a boolean value; there's an extra field, which is Company name, that will be chosen as a drop down menu 2. Add rental property; the form is already created; it only needs to pick and validate the information from the form, and send it to the database using secure connection. 3. An admin user needs to be created; this admin has to have the ability to check the properties recently added, checking all its fields, and activate or deactivate them with a check mark field. 4. Also, this admin needs to add the Companies in the database. The fields are Company Name, Address, City, State, Phone, Fax, and a boolean field. A form needs to be created on the admin side to do this action. I will grant access to the hosting account for this project.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
