This is a super easy software.
All i need this program to do is to check for a pop3 email every $x seconds.
It will take the subject as the printer to select
It will take a $password check from the body message
It will take the attachtment as the file to print. Supporting .doc, .pdf, .xls, .csv , .bmp,..jpg, ,gif and .txt
The software shall just print and work sliently in the background (system tray should be used too), it shall not prompt anything and just print upon email is downloaded and $password is correct.
However there will be a log file that will log all the downloaded email access, errors and attachtment accordingly to dates folder.
I also need a setting option in the software to set the $x seconds, $password , max attacthment size , folders for logging, or whatever possible vars.
let me know the language you will write in.
This is used for printing a receipt printer, so if the margin, page setup details is required to be set in the email message, please include that too. From my assumption, it will be based on the windows printer default setting. Please advice on this.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
