P2P photo share program.

I would like to have a peer-to-peer--or person-to-person--photo sharing software, This P2P program provides a direct connection between computers enabling user to swap pictures in real time.

1, Organize image gallery with note (I dont need to search image over the hard-disk, but the program itself should indicate where image locate and thumbnails display. (same as picasa), also, it should allow user to put notes on album and photo and create slideshows.

2, image rotation and edit (red eyes, chops, adjust Brightness and Contrest)

3, Share image to friend list. (should include membership registration after install the software. detail please refer to picasa(hello) and outpictures. this development should include the registeration.)

4, Image tray, Order prints button. (connect to printing company)

5, Import image using digital camara and support file drag and drop.

6, auto-update check when startup, SHOULD SUPPORT MUTLI-LANGUAGE PACK (mainly we will use chinese language on the software. You can develop it in english, but the software should design support mutli language with a seperate language file and allow us to work on the language localization on this software)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
