I currently have a website at onlinetcggames.com. It allows users to play collectible card games online with other users via java applets or programs and a game server with php script on the server side. The project has been worked on by several programmers in the past but none of them can seem to fix the numerous problems and bugs. All of the coding is done and the programs do work so users can currently play but there are a few bugs and fixes that need to be done yesterday. The game application it self runs a bit laggy at times, has lag spikes, freezes up once in a while, has random glitches occasionally, but more recently it has been disconnecting users randomly very often from there games. We currently have a reconnect to game feature but on occasion when you reconnect you cannot see your cards. Also you cannot see your opponent typing stuff to you or they cannot see you typing stuff to them. I was told that the php server side code should be changed to java servlets to make it run faster so I would like this done also. The deckbuilder doesnt work for some users and each of them have different errors. I would like this fixed as well. I need an ability to select a different deck while in a game with another player so you dont have to exit the game to switch decks. I need a right click command added to the game applet to send cards to the graveyard. Currently you have to drag and drop them. I need a draft format added so players can play draft with other players this format is a bit complicated and I can provide more detail upon request. I need the ability for users to watch others users games ala yahoo games spades style. I need the seeled deck format fixed as it is buggy and freezes up on users when they are creating decks. I also need the seeled deck editor to give a specific randomization of cards to the users using it. I need the overal system optimized so it runs smooth and fast without bugs or errors.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

(cont from above)...I need the programmer to address issues on the message boards that users may have. I need all bugs fixed. I need the programs and website tested on various operating systems and web browsers so that they can work from them all. The programmer should have a test server to use before uploading to my server. All coding is my property. Any programmer that applies for this job should be dedicated to this job and this job only as I need it done very fast. I would like a programmer that has good communication skills and responds to emails in a dilligent manner. This programmer should be able to read and interpret other programmers code and adjust it to be for effective.
