Programming Modifications to Escrow Website

The website is built in Drupal 7 and uses a custom module for escrow which integrates into the drupal commerce system - the custom module is extensive and handles data from both buyers and sellers through a complete escrow transaction. Each transaction is an order in the drupal commerce environment.
The website is nearly complete but there are some changes to the workflow and some changes to the programming that need to be made. Please only bid if you have experience with Drupal 7 custom modules and understand how the drupal commerce environment works.
Attached is the flowchart for the updated version (colour flowchart) and the list of changes required to go with that. Also attached is the original flowchart ([url removed, login to view]) so you can see how the custom module works now.
