Taking information of an website with php

There is a website where people who rent student rooms can add them. Students who are looking for a room can reply this advertisements.

I want to do the same, but also with their advertisements on my website.

On their website you can search on city and price.

After searching you will get 10 advertisements with the following information:

I need somebody who can write a script in PHP that can search in all cities (all city’s are available in a drop-down form), take all advertisements (also in other pages -> forward) and put them in MySQL.

I don’t know if it is smart to put it in MySql. People can delete their advertisements on the other website. If they do, I will have death links on my website. If I search all advertisements at the moment my visitor opens my website, my site will be to slow.

I also want the following options:

- I want to give up a maximum of advertisements for every city I want. If I don’t give up a maximum, the script needs to take them all.

- If I have enough advertisements of my own visitors in particular cities, I want the option to ignore that cities, so I only will get advertisements of other cities.

I asked a lawyer, the way I want to do this is legal.
