Wordpress Plugin to Set Passwords upon registration

I need a wordpress plugin created that will allow the user to pick their own password when registering on a wordpress site.
Currently wordpress creates it's own random password and then emails it to the user.
The plugin should add a field on the wordpress registration page for the user to select their password during the single page registration process that is built into wordpress.
## Deliverables
1) Plugin must work with Wordpress 2.7
2) Need to have several plugin Options with a screen which allows the user to modify those options.? The options are as follows:
a) Minimum Length of Password (Makes sure the password is of the length this is set to)
b) Mixed case required (requires the password to have both Upper and Lower case characters.
c) Numerics Required (requires the password to have at least 1 number)
3) Plugin should require the user to meet any of those options set for the plugin before the registration is allowed to continue.
4) Plugin should notify the user which requirements were not met if their password doesn't meet those options set for the plugin.
