Flash help with moving MC based on pixel height of loaded graphic

Hello, I need some flash help with actionscript that will move a movie clip up or down depending on the height of a jpg loaded with loadMovie() The movie clip that I need moved up or down is a text box that is positioned underneath a randomly loaded jpg. If the image is taller, then I want the text box to mode downward so that it dows not overlap the jpg. If the image is shorter, then I want the textbox underneath it to move upward so as not to leave a large gap between itself and the jpg.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
