You are to create a simple flash file capable of playing a flash video (FLV). It shall be similar to fPlayer or Flowplayer. It must have an option to show a splash screen like Flowplayer as well as an option to autostart (or not). I prefer the videos to use the tag so that this can be used with multiple videos. There should be no branding on the player and it should be able to be skinned by XML or CSS (change colors). I encourage anyone who has done something like this in the past and wish to modify it to suit my needs, to bid and specify you have done so. Please be descriptive in your reply and if you have an example, please include a URL to it. I am looking for a fast turn-around time of less than 72 hours from now (2/19/08 2100 EST). Deliverable(s) to include: compiled flash application, flash source code, a HTML file with an example, and documentation on how to implement the player with an external file.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
