To install a newTemplate/ replce with my old one a front page(index) (repost)

Hi

Im looking for some one to install a new front page template to my site and get the links functioning the way they were on my old template. for example the index,the register,the login and lost pass so its all back up and running please..also to edit a few little pieces like the name changed .

I have the whole template for the instalation but im not 100% sure on how to do it :(.

(possible a little db expirience need)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
